I would recommend that when one of the service personnel tells you that they are going to do something; that they actually do. Mike was supposed to call me about any progress on my car, but he did not. Howe tells you that they are going to do something; that they actually do. If not for her, I would have given fewer stars. She should get 10 stars, but you only have 5 stars. As for the actual repair on my car, it seems to be working fine at the moment. All that was done to my car was a diagnostic and the P1326 code was cleared. This was after it sat on the lot for 30 days. The work actually done on my car probably only took 15 to 30 minutes, but it sat on the lot for 30 days before it was looked at. More
