I had a Excellent Customer Service Experience as I always do when the Service Advisor Mr. Jonathan Everett is there to assist me. He is an Awesome young man who makes you feel very special and you know your do when the Service Advisor Mr. Jonathan Everett is there to assist me. He is an Awesome young man who makes you feel very special and you know your in "Good Hands" while you are getting your car serviced. The mechanic who worked on my car was great also. I do not know his name but he worked on 6/14/23 on my 2022 Kia Seltos. I was sent a video to show me what was done to my car and how it was checked out which is very cool by the way. My Service Advisor Jonathan Everett kept coming in and checking on me to make sure I was ok and to see if I received the video texts of my car being serviced. Waiting room has greatly improved since a year ago. Its much cleaner, and they have donuts, snacks, water, coffee and soft drinks available while you wait. WAY TO GO KIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
