Brought my car in for A recall. 1:pm app, D Washington said the car would be ready at 3: pm. I checked at 3:15pm, D. Washington said the car was not ready and they would not get to 1:pm app, D Washington said the car would be ready at 3: pm. I checked at 3:15pm, D. Washington said the car was not ready and they would not get to the car today and to reschedule. the new appointment is 06/14/23. 9: am. I made the appointment more than a month ago, when I arrived at 12:45 someone should have checked to see if they had someone to work on the car! or should have called me that morning. Very poor planning! Note. my new appointment for June 14th. 9:am that was given to me yesterday 05/31/23 at 3:30. but was not entered into the system until this morning when I called. More
