The sales rep was very nice. However, the manager was incredibly rude. There were tons of "dealer fees" which increased the price of the car tremendously. A vehicle that was advertised as $28,900 was at $40,000 at the end of figuring prices. They also did not want to give me a fair trade value. The manager seemed irritated to have to work with me. I have recently purchased the 2023 Sportage EX elsewhere. This was NOT good business. More
