Horrible build quality. The thing wont get out of its on way, no performance in the engine or transmission department. I got what i felt like was a 100 phone calls before the sell and just after to see if I was happy but thats just a show to get the deal done. And I cant move one with till the dealer sends the tag info to the county and after almost 2 months they wont even do that. Agin dont buy a kia, you will never be happy with it, and if you have to buy a kia NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from Werner kia I realy wish I hadnt. More

I have dealt with Kia since I purchased my 2016 truck and is paid off...I chose to continue to come to Kia because Kia is the only service that worked on my truck...the main reason is because the employee Mi is paid off...I chose to continue to come to Kia because Kia is the only service that worked on my truck...the main reason is because the employee Michael Wyre listens when I tell him about the problem I have with the truck and gives me a good understanding of the matter....his advice has given me great comfort when I come for service.
