You have an online ordering system on your website. It clearly does not work. I put in a request 3 weeks ago, and because I did not hear anything back, I put in another request a week ago. Exasperated, I finally called today to try to get my spare tire. The people on the phone are neither courteous nor helpful. First of all, why do you sell a car without a spare tire. It is also virtually impossible to get anyone to answer a question or to set up a service appointment for me. It seems to me that one of the biggest mistakes of my life has been doing business with you. More
I have been calling and my daughter & her husband also on this issue with continuous road blocks from whomever in service Dept answering phone. I decided enough is enough and called Corporate ( Consumer Dept) I spoke with a Rep who told me exactly what was going on with this vehicle. Corporate sent me a letter to give to Dealership so that car could be repaired under warranty. I call Dealership back same person answered phone and I told them I had a letter stating that its under warranty and when could car be brought in for repair, I was given a date of 12/31/2021, which is two months from today. That's not doable for my daughter because she has small child riding in this car and if it malfunction because of this issue then someone in vehicle could get hurt. More
worse service dept./customer service. had an appt to get the oil change and air conditioner serviced - blowing warm air. The appt. was changed twice by them online - pm to am & back to pm. After receiving my keys & checking the air, warm air was still coming out. no one explained why. i then had to inside & ask the details. They didn't have time to do a diagnostic test the day of the appt. I called the next day to complain it was never looked at even though i noted for repairs. Manager told me I could bring it in & they'd squeeze me in. left the car a lil over a week sine i was going out of town. I'm back in town this wknd & can't get anyone to give me an update on my car. No return call in the past 3 days. I've left msgs with the service rep & manager. very disappointed. angela jones More

Finally after 3 weeks I finally got a call saying the vehicle was ready. The recalls were never done. I complained so they took the vehicle back and finally did the work. Told it was ready for pick up, then after I already had the vehicle home, I got another call threatening me if the vehicle was not picked up right away they were going to charge me storage fees !!!! ONE EXTREMELY MESSED UP DEALER !!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!! More
I've been a customer at this dealership since 2009 having purchased several vehicles and going to them for the vast majority of service and repairs and supporting them through the ups and downs of changing o purchased several vehicles and going to them for the vast majority of service and repairs and supporting them through the ups and downs of changing owners 2 times and it seems for the worse. Only going for service the last time I was being pressured into buying a new care with dirty tactics with service telling me one thing and sells telling me something different about my car and its repair. This time I took it in for basic service and check up and needed a repair that was covered by warranty but was told about work that haven't been done on the car which would prevent them from honoring it, even though my car has only be serviced by them and they never told me these things needed to be done. When I mentioned that, I was then told that if I purchased the other repairs found that day I'd then be able to get the item covered by warranty. One week latter I need a new battery. This is the second time this exact same thing has happened. Needless to say I won't be returning to this dealer for service or anything else which is a shame as I want to support locally owned businesses and especially ones such as this that under the original owner had a reputation of really looking out for their customers. Vehicle Buyers Order ($20100.00 01/28/14) Start have problems with engine. I took the car in for service and explained the issues. (burning oil) They conducted a check they sent me out 3 times for a oil check (1000 miles) each times. Third time they kept for fours hours and determine that I needed a new engine. They called and said they would need to provide me with a rental why the continue to finish getting approval for my rental. Next morning they called and said its not cover you want get a rental and these are your options. I have a letter that state I have a Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty as long as I own the Car. They refuse to honor it because of change of ownership. And the General Manger Mr. Paul Marmon did not call me back. I guess one customer does not matter when you have plenty. I have Lifetime warranty on this engine. Their excuse for not honoring the warranty is that they are up under new Management. More
