Everyone was very friendly. Even when 2 months went by as we waited for our Enclave they kept us updated. When our Enclave came in they were on top of getting it ready for us. Have always had excellent service until yesterday. . Appointment was at 3 checked in at 2:50. Sat until almost 4:30 when i ask how much longer. They had not touched the car. Gentleman was very apologetic and gave my a loaner vehicle and promised my service would be done first thing Monday. More
