Having bought many cars in my life the so called Service at Wesley Chapel Honda is hands down the worst I have encountered. Brand new car needed two major parts. Was told a couple of days. Three weeks later at Wesley Chapel Honda is hands down the worst I have encountered. Brand new car needed two major parts. Was told a couple of days. Three weeks later nothing. No calls no parts. I really also question whether the parts are on ordered or needed. No communications at all. Even tried to reach out to our salesman, no help. My opinion buy a Lexus or go somewhere else to get your Honda and service. DON’T GO TO THIS MESS. More

Everyone at Wesley Chapel Honda was amazing and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. Even the finance manager was kind, patient, and helpful—something you don’t always see. They even went the extra mile and put bows on our car, which I don’t think I’ve ever had a dealership do before. It was such a thoughtful touch, and it’s the little things like that that truly mean the most and will not be forgotten.
