I just purchased a new vehicle from Wesley Chapel Honda and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. After dealing with several local dealerships and the usual games and runa and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. After dealing with several local dealerships and the usual games and runaround, I was pretty frustrated. I spoke with Edwin Rivera over the phone, told him exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Instead of wasting my time trying to get me in the door just to renegotiate everything, he waited until he could actually make it happen — then he called me. I came in on Valentine’s Day fully expecting more of the same dealership tactics… but it was the complete opposite. No games. No pressure. No surprises. In fact, it turned out even better than I expected. Edwin was able to get my monthly payment LOWER than what I originally asked for. That kind of honesty and follow-through is rare in car sales. Wesley Chapel Honda showed integrity and transparency throughout the entire process.
