Zero stars — would leave none if the option existed. This dealership collected nearly $2,000 for titling, registration, and taxes, yet only remitted $1,113 in taxes. I was then required to pay an additi This dealership collected nearly $2,000 for titling, registration, and taxes, yet only remitted $1,113 in taxes. I was then required to pay an additional $300 in my home state for registration, leaving an unaccounted balance of $828 that has never been returned. Despite multiple emails to both management and the accounting team, I have received no response. They have refused to provide an itemized accounting report, refused to issue a refund, and have been entirely unprofessional throughout this process. This is not a misunderstanding — it is a failure to account for and return money that is not theirs. Buyer beware. More
