I was helped by William Rivas and man I was thrilled with the professionalism and heart this person applies when assisting a client. He was very welcoming and pacient, he was never pushy. We recently bought a used 2012 Honda CR-V at Wesley Chapel Honda, and our experience was excellent thanks to Mr. William “Will” Rivas Ramos. Will! We recently bought a used 2012 Honda CR-V at Wesley Chapel Honda, and our experience was excellent thanks to Mr. William “Will” Rivas Ramos. From the very beginning, he treated us like family. He took the time to understand our needs, patiently helped us choose the right used car, and made the whole process feel easy and transparent. We also had no issues with the financing process. In fact, we received a preferred interest rate of 7%, which is exceptionally low for a 2012 vehicle. This made the purchase even better and gave us a lot of peace of mind. Another thing we appreciated is that Will helped us completely in Spanish, which made us feel at home and comfortable asking questions and understanding every detail. The day after we bought the car, I noticed a small differential fluid leak. I called Will, and he responded immediately. The team inspected the vehicle, repaired the issue the same day, did a full check-up, and returned the car to us clean and smelling like new. We’re very happy with our Honda CR-V and with the level of service we received.
