They are the kings of bait and switch. Number manipulators. Make a deal then manipulate the numbers at the signing.Tried to get me into a 7% loan when Honda offers 1.99% and lie about it, Number manipulators. Then cancelled what I thought was a 4 year extended warranty (7 year total) which turned out to be a maintenance plan for 1 year after the manufacturer warranty was up. So, canceled the maintenance plan the very next day in writing after vehicle purchase and Wesley Chapel Honda will not refund the money. Too many Honda dealers out there to buy a vehicle from rather than having to deal under these circumstances!!! More
