Wesley Chapel Honda

I feel as if I was a part of a Yo-Yo sale I am disappointed with Wesley Chapel Honda. I went in as a first time car buyer and at first was treated well. I along with the sales guy decided it I am disappointed with Wesley Chapel Honda. I went in as a first time car buyer and at first was treated well. I along with the sales guy decided it would be best to lease. I signed all paper work that had to be signed, I drove off with the car I wanted, with I would say a good deal. The day after I was called and told that there was paper work that was missed and I needed to come back. So, I gladly went back only to find out that it was a lie, they wanted me to go back to change my entire leasing agreement. They claim they added incentives to the car that they could not offer and that they could only offer that on an older vehicle. My disappointment was because I was not told that over the phone. Then Mr. Dennis got involved and he is rude and disrespectful. He said if we don't choose another vehicle that they can just come and take it off my hands. When they are the ones that made the mistake on the papers. The day I signed the papers the young gentleman said once this is signed we can not go back and change anything. Mr. Dennis rudely said that is not true and you have no choice then to choose this other vehicle(only 2 other vehicles were offered)or we go and repo the car. I think Dennis could have been more professional. The sales rep that helped us Tino was very helpful and thanks to Tino is why I will most likely go ahead and choose one of the other vehicles. Thanks Tino you were a great help with this mess, But Dennis needs a reality check and to be trained in customer service, he needs to realize that Wesley Chapel Honda is not the only dealer around and his threatening to customers that the vehicle will be towed if not returned, that it does not matter what the mistake was just that it was done and the car has to be returned is very rude of him. More
