Yesterday, I had the pleasure of purchasing a new CR-V EXL, and received so much information and assistance from Mo Albashiti. He had contacted me about my previously leased 2015 CR-V which I loved, but when he explained the features on the 2017 model I decided to purchase it. Thanks to Fitz in the finance department, I found a payment plan I was comfortable with. Both Mo and Fitz are customer oriented and very helpful. They made the whole process very pleasant. As a woman, I have encountered some aggressive and insulting salesmen. That never happens at Wesley Chapel Honda which is why I recommend it to my friends. Jean Beleck More
False advertising. Discovered while driving the car home (2007 Toyota Solara convertible) that it did not have all the features as listed in the posting on CarGurus - sp Discovered while driving the car home (2007 Toyota Solara convertible) that it did not have all the features as listed in the posting on CarGurus - specifically the original premium radio/cd player had been replaced by an aftermarket radio only, which also made the steering wheel controls inoperable. Notified the salesman the next morning and he referred it to his manager, who called me two days later, to tell me the car was sold "as is", and since I didn't purchase a warranty with it, there was nothing they could do. He asked me to send him the listing from CarGurus, which I did. Received an email back the next day, saying the vehicle was built to have those features when it was manufactured, but is not part of purchasing an "as is" vehicle. Replied to his email that I was not satisfied, to please ask his supervisor to call me. Received a call from him the same day, but was told that due to the price the car was sold for, he would not authorize anything else to be done. Asked to speak to his manager, but never received a call back. I will say the sales process was easy. Salesman was friendly, and there was no pressure. There would be no problem here if the vehicle just had the equipment they advertised, or if the information that it did not have that equipment had been disclosed before the sale. More

Buyer Beware When my family and I went to buy our son a used car over the summer, we found the perfect one for him. When we arrived at the dealer's office, we were very surprised when they told us there would be a $1000 dealer fee that was never brought to our attention when discussing pricing. That was our first issue with Wesley Chapel Honda. While we were test driving the car, we could tell the A/C wasn't functioning properly. They assured me it was, and even though we bought it, I asked that they check it and recharge the Freon and we would pick it up the next day. After about a month of driving it, my son informed us that the A/C would completely shut off. This would reoccur for months, with the A/C never clicking on. We finally decided to take it to the shop, where we discovered the compressor was very much worn out, resulting in a $1000 replacement. Wesley Chapel Honda knew the compressor was bad and sold the car to us, anyway. Buyer beware. More
