I usually dread the car buying experience, or "game" as I call it. This time far exceeded my expectations. Metin is such a pleasant, friendly, patient person. I never felt the usual car salesman pressure from him. He did not hound me with phone calls to come back, yet gently reached out by email so I could contact him at my convenience which was much preferred. He was knowledgable, caring, and helpful. The rest of the staff at Wesley Chapel I encountered were also very welcoming and easy going. The facility itself is comfortable and clean. The sales manager and finance manager were also a pleasure to work with. They all had smiles on their faces and lightheartedly joked around. Everyone stayed way past closing time to kindly complete my sale and assure I understood everything with my new vehicle and financing. I would highly recommend Metin and this dealership! More

Bad Service! Wesley Chapel Honda (Service) is just awful to deal with. The first time my car was taken here to have a hitch put on they managed to damage the bump Wesley Chapel Honda (Service) is just awful to deal with. The first time my car was taken here to have a hitch put on they managed to damage the bumper and needed to send it out for paint to repair. They attempted to give it back to me damaged, but thankfully I checked before I took acceptance of the vehicle. On a second occasion when going for a typical maintenance I was informed that an appointment is simply for them to better schedule their day. They do NOT work on your vehicle timely and a simple oil change takes over an hour for your vehicle to be taken back. Unacceptable practice. More
