Amazing Service from Kevin and all staff there!!! I have been with Honda for about 3-4 years now. I had an 2014 Honda Accord and went to get a routine mantenience check as well as get new tires & litt I have been with Honda for about 3-4 years now. I had an 2014 Honda Accord and went to get a routine mantenience check as well as get new tires & little that i know i would leave with the new 2017 Model. Kevin, was so helpful to me and i am so grateful. He went out of his way to do everything he could to help me leave with that car. I am honestly a skeptical person so i didn’t get my hopes up but he worked his magic along with all the lovely staff there. By the end of the day i was signing the papers to release my old Honda for my new one. I could not be happier with my new model, it fits me like a glove. I will know always ask for Kevin. Terrible experience in the last week If there was any way to leave a 0 or even negative reviews, I definitely would. My experience here was horrendous. We came looking for a car and inquired to attain a deal. Our salesman was matin the first time we visited. He openly started being aggressive during negotiations and I was told that there was nothing to discuss. I had to ask him to get his manager. The sales manager Justin was professional but we didn't come to a decision so left. We were then called for a follow up appointment with the same salesman as our first visit. When I walked in I saw him at the front desk and asked him if we had an appointment he said I don't know and what do you need help with. He didn't remember the notes or the car that we came for. I reminded him of our original discussions. He tells me to go over to the sales managers desks in the back and talk to them, and that no one would take it seriously. He then walks over to another salesman and finance manager and tells them "you can have them, I don't want anything to do with them". I in all my years have never been treated with such disrespect. The Sales manager dennis then talked to us and tried to apologize but I am still not convinced. He claimed that he will offer me a number for the car based on my bad experience. He offers me a number that was higher then what was offered in my initial visit. I wasn't satisfied with dennis' justification for the experience or the offer that he gave me. This is my honest review and experience. More

Far exceeded my expectations, I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything, both were very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful answered all my questions. WC Honda were very welcoming and easy going. The facility itself is comfortable and clean. All had smiles on their faces and lightheartedly joked around (LOL). He also provided helpful information. At no time did I feel that he was trying to sell me or push me into something. He came across as caring, understanding and knowledgeable.
