Unique circumstances...... No problem!! I was at the end of my lease and was ready to obtain information regarding purchasing my out of state 2014 Honda Accord at Wesley Chapel Honda. I was introduced to sales associate Kevin Campbell and he changed my world. He offered me options that I had never been informed of when turning in a leased Honda vehicle and I've been in the Honda family for 26 years. After explaining my unique circumstances, Kevin returned after speaking to his boss, Tyler Hill with professional, honest and within my budget options that were unexpected. I was appreciative to have Kevin actively listen to my needs and concerns and return with not only one option, but two, to fit into what would work best for me, not just a sale for himself. He presented these offers as though we were good friends and he was looking out for MY best interest. I was at the dealership this day for an oil change that turned into leaving the dealership with a NEW 2017 Honda Accord purchase! I was insistent with my color option, which I was informed was typically a color that was extremely limited and typically sold out earlier in the year.... but Kevin gratified me with keys to exactly what I desired and was persistent with. I then met with Travis Campbell, the Finance Manager who remained transparent with the additional options that fit my needs. I walked out of the dealership feeling radiant, joyful and blessed to be a new Accord owner and was very thankful by having met Kevin that day. Not honest & loyal to customers On June 4, 2017 I went to Wesley Chapel Honda Dealer to see if I can trade in my 2011 Kia Optima so before I even agree with anything I told Kevin Cam On June 4, 2017 I went to Wesley Chapel Honda Dealer to see if I can trade in my 2011 Kia Optima so before I even agree with anything I told Kevin Campbell that my credit isn't good he told me that if he can get me into a new 2017 Honda if I'm whiling to let him help me so of course I did, so yes he got into a new 2017 Honda Accord sport, then when it was time for me to do the car payment on June 28th he tells me the I didn't get approve for the car not if I give $3000 mind you I drove pit the on June 4th so they can come and tell me this after almost a month not once called to let me know that I didn't get approve then on top of that tells me ( look at this way you can say you was driving around in a rental) like really how would say something like that to a customer, then they return my kia optima back to with a broken rearview mirror walks away and don't say anything about it till I got in my car and noticed it... I've been in retail business for over ten yrs and never in my life see anybody treated a customer like that, I will not recommend anybody to him at all , anything for a sale but at the end the customer is the one loosen not him.... it's funny because the first time he had me promise me to go on here and give him a good review, now I regret even doing that... if anyone wants to go to Wesley Chapel Honda just be careful who you can trust in there.... He did it again. Wow. I got my dream car- a Pilot. I've wanted one for years and Tony Snyder made it happen! This was my third vehicle purchase with him, fourth at th Wow. I will never step foot in another dealership. Tony is honest and really goes far above and beyond in making a deal happen that truly suits your individual needs, even when the deal seems out of reach, if it's possible he will do whatever it takes to get you there. Negotiations are not a hair-pulling back and fourth struggle of how much can we haggle or nickle and dime. He understands budgetary needs and takes them seriously. from the get go. He has proven to me that he works hard in getting what his customers want. I had my heart set on a Modern Steele Metallic Pilot EX - very hard to find and quite limited statewide, thus, it was not in stock within 3-4 hours drive. I gave him my top three color options and he, knowing where my heart was, but that I would take my 2nd or 3rd pick, took the extra effort to get my #1 pick despite it being the furthest of the 3. He was willing to personally make the long drive to go get it. He could have sold me my 2nd or 3rd choice from within the same town and made it easy (ha!) on himself but he truly cared enough to go the extra mile, or 200! That is just one small example of the effort he will give in getting you what you want at a beyond fair price. Wesley Chapel Honda has impressed me time and time again. They are flexible, they listen and they make every effort to make the experience as smooth as can be. More
