Service takes forever and incomplete Service here takes forever. They always ask you to make an appointment but even a simple oil change with nothing else I've been informed will take an Service here takes forever. They always ask you to make an appointment but even a simple oil change with nothing else I've been informed will take an hour and ten minutes (hopefully). Previously I had a service plan with them but decided not to extend because they never give paperwork after advising what they did to your vehicle or do what the service plan covers (filling of washer fluid, car wash,....) when I ask them after why it's not done there's always an excuse like "we ran out" or " our car wash is currently broken".... great salesman, horrible customer service in service department. More

I was kept up to date by Craig who was very informative and explained everything in a way I understood. I did not have to wait long for my vehicle to be ready.
