DO NOT BUY HERE!!! This place is terrible. Wife bought a car Saturday evening, they gave her over 5% interest rate over 5 years with excellent credit? Never heard of tha This place is terrible. She was told the $2700 warranties were on the house. The write up clearly shows it wasn't. Then we asked them to take it off. Darryl said he couldn't because it was "worked into the negotiated price." Well that was a lie because on Tuesday Jamie (financial manager) said they never negotiate warranties and we have 30 days to take it off the books!! So why couldn't we take it off before we left? Why didn't you let her husband co-sign on the deal to lower the interest rate? Do not buy from these crooks!! Called Sunday, they beat around the bush. Called 3 times on Monday, no voicemails were returned. Called Tuesday, same thing. Walked in Tuesday, Jamie asked why didn't I contact them sooner. What?! ALSO THIS IS THE ONLY HONDA DEALERSHIP THAT HAS A NO RETURN POLICY. Get the same or even better price with the same inventory at Brandon or Tampa Honda. We are taking legal action for gross negligence. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! More
