Robert Hoelzer was great to work with as was Bradley Wernsing, the finance manager .. I believe we were treated fair with our trade and received a good price on our purchase. Robert set up our vehicle after the purchase,( bluetoothed phones, explained all the gadgets, and showed us how all the techy stuff worked) so all we had to do was get in and drive away. Very knowledgeable and professional! Bradley Wernsing was also helpful and very professional. He explained everything as we did the paperwork and offered us a lot of options. Didn't feel overwhelmed at all. Left Wesley Chapel Honda feeling good about our purchase. Would recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Very Impressed The initial reason for my visit was to have the airbag in my 2010 Insight replaced due to a recall notice that I had not been able to fulfill in my ho The initial reason for my visit was to have the airbag in my 2010 Insight replaced due to a recall notice that I had not been able to fulfill in my hometown of Pittsburgh. Just relocated to Tampa and had no problem getting an appointment with Wesley Chapel Honda within two days after my call. When I got there, I was warmly greeted by Steve who explained that it would take about two hours to replace the airbag. I mentioned that I wanted to drive the new 2017 CR V and he took me to meet Tony Snyder in the Sales Department. Tony proceeded to show me the showroom EXL model, but I decided it was too pricey for me so he brought an EX around for me to drive. I fell in love immediately. I then decided I wanted to do some shopping for my brother and Tony and I drove a FIT and an HR V. To make a long story shorter, I bought the CR V and my brother is thinking about what he wants to do. My experience with Steve in Service, Tony Snyder in Sales, and Bradley Wernsing, the Finance Manager, was outstanding! I feel like I got a fair deal on my trade-in and the CR V, and, as a single woman, that counts for a lot. In addition, the title to my Insight is in storage and I had to order a duplicate. No problem. I had to ask Tony to switch my granddaughter's carseat from the Insight to the new car. No problem. Really, they made everything so easy the entire experience was a breeze. Now I know I will take my care to Wesley Chapel for service because I know I can trust them and I'll get to hang with Tony while I'm there! They are truly the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thanks guys! More

Fast and friendly I came in for an oil change 4/17/17. I had a appointment at 11:15. My service advisor was Nelson.
