Candy went above and beyond to expedite our purchase and facilitate the closing. She prepared the paperwork, provided a PO, and transferred our tag. She was able to deliver the vehicle and pick up mine as a trade. I was pleased with the trade in value along with the cost of the new vehicle. The Warranty and service perks are impressive. Typically, I dread and detest the new car purchase process. I am not a fan of the negotiation song and dance. This is not a good use of time or energy. I am pleased to say that this was the most positive car buying experience that I have ever had. Thank you! We will purchase again from this Dealer again. Furthermore, she was able to provide a complimentary detail service to address a subtle odor issue in the vehicle about 6 weeks after our purchase. Again, this exceeded our expectations. Excellent Experience! We knew Patrick Jones at Wesley Chapel Honda, and he came in $100 cheaper per month for the same car! And we were in and out in no time! The finance guy even gave me a mechanical package for my car care! More
