Great car buying experience! I just purchased my 3rd car in 3 years from this dealership. Every experience has been great, but this one excelled over the others. Like some of the other reviews I read, I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. My previous car had only about 10K miles and no issues, but it lacked the one thing needed in Florida...tinted windows. It would have been cheaper to just tint the windows, but Kevin was such a great salesperson and a real professional! He cared about what was important to me and made sure I got it! He got me a great interest rate and payments that were only slightly above the last car payment. Thank you, Kevin. It was a pleasure doing business with you and Wesley Chapel Honda! More

Outstanding Car Buying Experience I've now bought or leased 3 cars from this dealership and, based on my car buying experience there, I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. I've done o.k. in the past with some Craigslist-type purchases but, as they say, you get what you pay for. Wesley Chapel Honda has true professionals in their employ who want to sell or lease a vehicle to you, but are apparently (and happily for the consumer) driven to only make the deal when it's the right deal for the buyer. We've been bowled over by what they have been able to give us on trades and what the final trade-difference is. Bottom line, great step up each vehicle to vehicle each time without busting the piggy bank wide open. Low pressure, integrity, friendly and caring are words to describe the staff (which I can't say that about the "other" dealer in the area I spent way too much time with: they reminded me of the car dealers of the past--I guess some of 'em still exist). KEVIN! YOU'RE THE BEST! WE HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOU!!! Soooo, waaay back in August this year Honda (Kevin, actually) called me to explain some flaws with a 2012 Civic Sedan we had brought in for service. Soooo, waaay back in August this year Honda (Kevin, actually) called me to explain some flaws with a 2012 Civic Sedan we had brought in for service. Long story short...Kevin is AMAZING! We traded that one in for a 2015 EX then we worked a deal to trade up my 2012 Civic Si for a 2015 Si...THE SAME DAY! This guy is the real deal! He really made magic happen! Compassionate, professional, loyal, helpful, thoughtful...the list goes on...a TRUE ASSET TO THE DEALERSHIP! I thought the initial call was gonna be about some typical car-dealer b******t but I did my own research and the statements he made were legit. This guy is the "bomb.com"! My wife and I are eternally thankful and grateful for people like him! AND the gentleman in finance we dealt with, whose name I don't remember and don't see on this list, was nothing short of amazing as well. Professional, polite, thoughtful and courteous. He was there late both nights I needed hem and he is truly a workhorse! The service department deserves accolades as well. I wanted to transfer my tires from my 2012 to my 2015 Civic and the fellas in the service bay really went above and beyond to help me with that (thanks sooo much to the WC Honda General Manager as well for approving THAT)!
