We met sale consultant Bryan Wilson who was extremely helpful in showing us their inventory. We found a 2014 CR-V that interested us. Bryan was one of the best sales professional I've ever dealt with and we were able to work out a trade in without a lot of typical price hassling. After the purchase we needed some minor touch up work. Bryon wasn't available when we arrived at the dealership but Bryon asked another sales consultant Aubrey Lynch to help us until he arrived. Aubrey set us up with a loaner vehicle while they worked on our car and showed genuine interest that our concerns were satisfied. Byron and Aubrey were both customer satisfaction oriented. We would recommend that anyone looking for a used vehicle go to Wesley Chapel preowned Honda and ask to see Bryon Wilson or Aubrey Lynch. We like the way they treated us. More
Unprofessional treatment by service advisor I was taken for a stranger as nobody welcome me after I entered the door. I stood around on the service floor and was neglected while service consult I was taken for a stranger as nobody welcome me after I entered the door. I stood around on the service floor and was neglected while service consultants were sitting at their desks totally ignoring me. I called for an appointment ahead of schedule. I told the service department the exact problems That needed to be addressed. Service consultant Craig disrespected me with a stagnant attitude and when I asked questions he responded with a snooty, negative attitude. He neglected to listen and fully understand what the problems I had were when I was taken to his desk. Like I said, I scheduled an appointment listing the problems I needed done. Service consultant Craig should have been informed and ready to help me as I entered thru the door, not neglecting me. Instead, he sat at his desk ignoring a Honda customer, while expressing an extreme arrogance and downright poor treatment to me "the customer" is at most bad business. The only individual who made me feel better was salesman Tony. If I could rate my experience a Zero I would. More

So much better than Ocean Honda My wife took our Odyssey to Ocean Honda and our service adviser was George Xenos. The experience was horrible. He was dismissive and impatient with my wife and was uninterested in taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the van. When my wife arrived at the dealer she decided to sit and wait to see if she could at least learn what was wrong with the van. George never took a minute to come over to my wife and left her sitting for 4.5 hours without so much as a word on the status of the van. In fact, when my wife went to find him he was never at his desk. When she did manage to find him he had no update on the van and never followed through on his promise to get an update. The icing on the cake of crappy service is when, in the middle of our conversation, he answered his cell phone. No excuse me...just stopped talking to us and answered his phone. In the end, Ocean failed to properly diagnose an issue with our sliding doors so we decided to try Wesley Chapel Honda. Best decision we could have made. Wesley Chapel Honda was an absolute dream to work with. Mike Spitzig was our service adviser at Wesley Chapel and he gets a 5-star rating. He was attentive, courteous and spent as much time as needed with my wife explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix the van. He answered all of her questions and she never felt rushed or dismissed. No question - Wesley Chapel Honda is the ONLY Honda dealer we will go to for service. Here's a suggestion for you, Ocean Honda, send your service advisers to Wesley Chapel Honda so they can learn how real customer service works. Be prepared, though, because your advisers will be there a long time because they HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT DELIVERING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Wonderful Experience All Aound When I was shopping for a car, I did quite a bit of research. Even after I narrowed my search down to Honda, there are a ton of Honda Dealerships in When I was shopping for a car, I did quite a bit of research. Even after I narrowed my search down to Honda, there are a ton of Honda Dealerships in the Tampa Bay area. Knowing that different dealerships price the same car differently, I took it upon myself to visit A LOT of dealerships. I had mixed results, some where downright terrible, others okay, but only Wesley Chapel Honda gave me a WOW experience. While at some dealerships you feel like a small fish swimming in a sea of piranha, here it was much different. I wasn't "rushed" at the door, or worse, as I was first getting out of my car. Instead, I was greeted by a warm and friendly face who ultimately sat me down and asked me why I was there and what was important to me in a vehicle. Even after I told my salesman, Kevin Campbell that I has a car in mind and was just there to research what trim was best for me, he still asked questions about what was important to me. Surprising as this may seem, he actually tried to talk me into getting the lower trim, as based on my needs, he felt like it was a better value for me. Imagine that, an honest salesman! What's more, I explained that I wasn't interested in making a purchase that day and instead I was just doing comparison shopping that day. I was pleasantly surprised when he was perfectly okay with that and he still spent quality time with me, including taking me for a test drive and making sure all of my concerns were met. He likely missed out on other sales opportunities just to make sure that my experience was as good as it could be. It obviously made an impression and ultimately I came back a week later with my wife and purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Kevin. The great service didn't end there though.... I was introduced to Wes, the finance guy, who took plenty of time to go through our options and make sure I got the best deal possible. I've purchased a lot of cars in my day and the financing part can really be unpleasant. Wes instead really did everything he could do to make it very pleasurable. Finally, since the purchase over a week ago, I have heard from the dealership twice to make sure I am satisfied and just today I received a thank you card and a tin of cookies to show their appreciation for trusting them with my purchase. This really is a top rate dealership, I cannot recommend them highly enough. More
