After giving a call to the dealership, I was connected with Bryan Wilson, who was GREAT to work with the entire step of the way. I let him know I had a trade-in, and that I had a bank draft in hand ready to buy. I was given a GREAT price for my trade, and was also given a GREAT price on the EX-T. Everything that was agreed upon via phone call and text message was the EXACT same once I got to the dealership. Completely honest and transparent transaction. Absolutely superb personable and friendly customer focused dealership. I have never had a car buying experience this easy before. Everyone at the dealership was great as well, even the people greeting me at the door were fantastic (ended up having a nice conversation about video games with one of the guys). When I got to the finance manager, which is typically the part I dread, even that experience was fantastic. I met with Brad Wernsing, who was really an awesome guy as well. Up front, friendly, laid-back, and personable. Made the whole car buying experience very welcoming in a stress-free, no pressure environment. Absolutely LOVE the car, and thanks again to Bryan and Brad for making the experience truly exceptional. More

We initially walked in just looking to compare a honda pilo I had the most amazing car buying experience with TONY SNYDER from Wesley Chapel Honda. We initially walked in just looking to compare a honda pilot to a toyota highlander. I had just come from the Toyota lot and loved driving the highlander and it's features. Tony picked us up at the door and showed us a floor model. We test drove a pilot and it was phenomenal! We went home to think it over, and went back 2 days later to purchase it. We loved Tony's personality, down to earth, hilarious, and somewhat sarcastic. He is also knowledgeable about cars in great detail. He gives his honest opinion about different makes, models, bells, whistles...And he listens to what is important to you. He never tried to "upsale" me or pressure me into buying. As a female, that respectful attitude is very important. The finance counsellor, Wes was also awesome. No "upselling" for unnecessary warranties based upon our vehicle history and usage. He also helped us calculate the best financing options for us. I don't plan on buying another car in the next couple of years, but when I'm ready, I'l definitely call TONY SNYDER!!! More
