I almost bought a vehicle from Al a few years ago. But, I received an offer too good to pass up through a friend at a different dealership. Last week, I got in touch with Al about possibly leasing a 2014 Honda Civic. Al was very polite and professional during the entire process. He made a great offer for our trade-in and offered to go over all the pros and cons of leasing a vehicle. However, since this vehicle was for my wife, she was the one who made the decision to buy a used car instead of leasing a new one. So, again, I was unable to make a purchase through Al. Still, I will not hesitate to go back to Al in the future and hope to actually give him my business (we have six teen and pre-teen kids) when we make more purchases in the next few years. Thanks Al! My brother had recently purchased a truck from Wesley Chapel Honda and was thrilled with both his vehicle and the service he received from a dynamic salesman named Anthony Capers. He gave Mr. Capers my name and number and shortly thereafter I received a call. I am notoriously slow to make decisions about big ticket purchases and politely informed Mr. Capers during our conversation that I would call him when I was ready. I must say his persistence was impressive. Every so often I would see a missed call or retrieve a message from Mr. Capers. He called just enough to make his name stick in my head, but not so much to be annoying :). I kept his number in my directory and as promised, I gave him a call when "Crest" my dearly loved truck, just simply couldn't go anymore. He was surprised to hear from me but got to work immediately. Since I live in Tallahassee, and Wesley Chapel and my brother are both located in Tampa, I thought the challenge of making this purchase would be interesting to say the least. Mr. Capers was patient and determined to help me. I went to the dealership's homepage with his direction and within a day I had chosen a car. Next came the obstacle of getting it to me. I have several health issues which make me a little uncomfortable to drive alone, so my car was delivered to me within three days. I will never forget how helpful Mr. Capers has been to me. Excellent service I went for the first time to this location for the 30K service of my Honda Accord. Tito Guzman made this visit very simple to me. He educated me on what services should be done to my car. He was very pacient and explain every detail of each service. I really appreciate that kind of service since I am not an expert on cars. In addition, the service of the car was done in about 45 min which was the time he estimated. Also, they have a lounge area for waiting with cookies, water, TV, free Wifi, and more. I would highly recommend this location and of course Tito for his A+ service. I am a happy customer and of course I will come back for all the services of my Honda Accord. More

When I raised concern about the transmission during the test drive, he assured is that their cars go thru a thorough inspection, and at the signing he insisted we write him a positive review for the car in which we had not fully experienced and boy what an experience we would have. 1st the transmission went out in 2months and when I called about it and to get it serviced, no response for about 2weeks by then I had taken it to Ed Morse Cadillac and they took real good care of me even putting me in a rental for free for a week while they waited on the part and did the service, next the AC went out, acc then the CV axle, all of this in about 6-8 months of purchasing this brand spanking used lemon from Kevin Campbell of Wesley Chapel Honda. Guess all that matters that his commission check cleared the bank. Won't be back there, wouldn't advise you to go either. Hope I was helpful. More
