These guys are completely unethical and crooked. They sold my wife a van a month ago and we received a call today that the price would go up $100. We arrived at the dealership basically knowing the vehicle we wanted, however not certain what trim package we needed. Past experience (other dealers) trained me to be on the defensive simply because the sales person refused to listen to our needs and up-sale the deal to meet their needs.
