I bought 2 used cars from this dealer back in July 2011. It ended up being my worst car buying experience. I would not advise anyone to buy from this dealership. I have now gotten a brand new Accord from another dealership and I am trying to sell the 2003 Civic but before I do that, it needs almost $1,600 worth of important repairs before I can sell it. The car now is not worth more than $2,800. More

This turned out to be, "The best car buying experience of our life". I contacted Patrick Jones @Wesley Chapel Honda and let him know we were looking to purchase a new Crosstour. Patrick responded by telling me to complete the online application and he would take care of the rest. After a couple of days of emails, text messages and phone calls, mind you, a lot of our communications were after store hours and on his off days. Patrick "PJ" Jones presented us with an offer we could not refuse. We got a great rate on the loan and we received the paperwork overnight. We were not pressured into purchasing the vehicle, everyone that I dealt with @Wesley Chapel Honda was very professional and honest. I flew to Florida on December 28, 2013 to pick up my Crosstour. Had some trouble with the flight, layovers and arrival times, Patrick met with me WELL after store hours to deliver our vehicle. We purchased a brand new Honda Civic HF in 2012. We had the car back 6 times for the Air Conditioning. It would continuously go out, and again "It was a new car." They would not give us a loaner car and the car back 6 times for the Air Conditioning. It would continuously go out, and again "It was a new car." They would not give us a loaner car and left us without a vehicle for 1 - 2 days. He loved his car, but you cannot drive a car in Florida without A/C. They would return it and within a month, it would go out again. This went on for 23 months. We finally got fed up, looked at the Lemon Law and told them to fix it this time or we would start the procedures. They left my husband messages, I dropped him off to pick up the car and they would not give it back to him. Basically they would not fix it or give the car back. They went through all the "BS" crap and ended up selling hjm , or SCREWING him in to a new car. They kept going round and round with the numbers until he was very confused. Unfortunatly he was FED up, needed a car and signed the papers, only to find that what they said and what they did on paper were two different things. He ended up paying $10,000 more for a car that was less than what he owed on the "Lemon Car". The next morning, he took the car back and demanded his car back and tried to give back the new car. They wouldn't even deal with him. It is the worst experience of our lives. More

We had no intentions of going to WC Honda for purchasing a car for ourselves. My sister asked us to accommodate her on her trip there to purchase a car for herself. I walked over the to the desk where the salespeople were sitting and asked for someone to assist us in a search. Cassandra Devereaux stepped up to help us. She came and sat with us and took our information. She did a search and came back with some available cars on their lot for us to look at. One of the cars was a Nissan Altima. My husband test drove it and decided he liked it. She worked up the numbers with us and we decided to go for it. Cassandra was the epitome of awesomeness! She was very personable and polite.
