He addressed the bad as well as the good but always held a positive and professional demeanor. He was great as though I was buying a car from my best friend knowing that we would see each other again and I would tell other friends about my best friend. He was fast, professional and most of all he listened to what "WE" wanted and did not spend time showing me things that were not suited for our family. I have to be honest, my original reason for visiting the dealership was to get an oil change on our 2012 Odyssey....certainly not thinking for a second that I would leave in a new van but Kevin opened my eyes to all the advances that Honda has made with regard to gas milage and safety and those were things that were super important to our family...and of course the new car smell was intoxicating!
