REVISED REVIEW - I was not happy...feel better now I had a great experience the first time! The second time I got a VERY low ball offer on my trade in so I sold it to my friend for literally 10 ti I had a great experience the first time! The second time I got a VERY low ball offer on my trade in so I sold it to my friend for literally 10 times their offer! No big deal, I got what I wanted. Then they insisted on an "on line" purchase. I did not want to go on line. I was at the lot and wanted to purchase from the lot. I left feeling bad. The next day, Courtney called from the dealership. I explained what had happened. He understood where there was a miscommunication. I felt better after that. Still don't know if we will be back - but I feel better. More

They took care of me I don't like car salesman but Joe Struzzeri was professional and I could tell he was a genuinely nice guy. Helped me get out of being upside down! I have always bought new cars with a 7 year loan and i was very upside down as you can imagine.
