I returned to the dealership because of the care I had gotten previously. The Sals associate Kevin Campbell went as as far to find me a 2015 exactly like my totaled care and knew I was without transportation and delivered my car to my door. In general conversation about my leased vehicle, he mentioned a possible buy out of the lease contract due to the mile accumulating on the car. Numbers were calculated and low and behold I now own a 2015 Civic without any milage restrictions. I was able to leave the dealership with a 2 year oil change / tire rotation & a life time warranty. He listened to what we thought we wanted and showed us what he had available - we found the perfect SUV for her. With a little negotiation (and not so painful), we got what we wanted. He I had finally had it with my 3 year old BMW after being in the shop 4x in a month. I made an appt with Tony Snyder to look at a 2015 Honda Accord. He was ready and waiting for me at the appt time, he dedicated his entire focus on me from start to finish in the buying process. I never felt like he was distracted or juggling other customers...he made sure everything was done correctly with the finance person and was waiting for me when I was finished with that piece. He even sat in the new car with me and helped me program it and transferred my license. This was a 5 star experience...and I just received a tin of cookies on my front porch from Wesley Chapel Honda as a thank you.
