Made deal on phone for purchase of new vehicle. When I got to dealership it still took 2 12 hours to get out of there. Didn’t get the military discount even though I had mentioned it several times. When I got to dealership it still took 2 12 hours to get out of there. Didn’t get the military discount even though I had mentioned it several times. Also did not receive the deal we had made on the phone. Finance officer was intimidating and would not get on with the paperwork until I sign for warranty that I repeatedly told him I didn’t want. Discriminates against women and seniors by using intimidation to make you sign extras More

Help! I don't even know where to start. Wesley Chapel Honda. I bought a used Acura last week. It's not even a week yet. When I got home with the car I pri I don't even know where to start. Wesley Chapel Honda. I bought a used Acura last week. It's not even a week yet. When I got home with the car I printed the sales document from USB, that's what they do now in USB. And I found the Interest Rate vs. monthly rate was off. Monthly was about a dollar+ more even when I considered 45days for the first payment. So, I called the store. Both of the finance person and the sales person were off. I talked to another finance person for an explanation. I am sure there is an explanation but it seems the store repeats the information on the document. Next day I left a memo so any finance person available could call me. My finance person was still off. But never got a call back. When I called third time, the call somehow directed straight to the sales person and he became rude and he started raising his voice. My phone has an app recording all phone conversations. If somebody can explain the difference, here are my numbers. I have $25,080.62 financed amount, 8.69% 72 months it came out to be 449.84 per month (45days first payment). Amortization is not a rocket science, there are not that much room for variations. My problem is more of the people. It's less than $2 a month. I don't have any ill intention, can there be any ill intentions? I emailed the finance person for the clarification but he hasn't replied yet. A couple of my friends bought cars there six maybe seven years ago when Truecar.com got popular. They said all the good things about the store. So, it's changed. I don't even see the sales person's name on the list from the dealerrater.com I sent another message to the general manager using the link from the home page but no response. I don’t know where to go from here. I was treated very well through the sales process, but after they sold the car, they are very different. I still need an explanation but I don't think I will get one. I am wondering if there is something I can do. More
I have been putting off writing this review hoping that this dealership would eventually give me a good experience but unfortunately it has not. Since buying my car it has been nothing but head ache. To st this dealership would eventually give me a good experience but unfortunately it has not. Since buying my car it has been nothing but head ache. To start, the finance manager I had was not informative in any aspect of my deal. He did not even want to tell me what bank my financing was through. He also told me he would call me the next day to give me more info, as it was very late when everything was finished, but that never happened. When I called I could never get a hold of him and did not get an answer on what bank was financing my car until I received a letter in the mail about a month and a half later. In addition to leaving the dealership at about 11:30 at night, they gave me the car on a completely empty tank of gas. Second, they promised me to hold my payments for the first 60 days but that also did not happen. They only held my payment for 40 days and did not inform me that was what they were able to do. I once again had to find out through the bank. Third, I did not need a brand new tag and did a title/tag transfer instead. At first I was told this process would only take about 2 weeks and they gave me a temporary tag that lasted a month just incase. Once again, this was not the case. I had to drive up there 3 different times over the next few months (which I live about 45 minutes away) to get multiple temporary tags. When I asked over and over why this was the case NO ONE would give me an answer or do anything to speed up the process. I finally got an answer on it when I got my permanent registration. Turns out all they had to do was call the previous lien holder and tell them to drop the lien because it was in a new persons name now. Interesting as to how that took three full months to do, but I’m not surprised no one up there cared because it’s not like they had to waste multiple tanks of gas to give me multiple temporary tags. Lastly I was not scheduled to have an oil change until the end of august but since around the beginning of June they have been calling me to get me to come in for an oil change. It was almost every week that I had been receiving calls from people in service to the point where I was getting so frustrated everytime I saw “Lithia Motors” popping up on my caller ID. Well today I finally had a day that lined up with my work schedule to able to get one, which is not too far off from when I should have gotten one a couple weeks ago. During the entire service I was quoted at $92 as they have an online portal that shows you updates on pricing of what they’re doing to your car. Let me just make it very clear that the price did not change ONCE throughout the service until the very end when it was time to pay. The price magically jumped to $160. Obviously after hearing this I am irate as it’s not was I was quoted or expecting to pay. I actually just called multiple other dealerships and got quoted at $120 out the door for oil changes but Wesley Chapel Honda claims to have the best prices around. After all the terrible experiences I’ve had with this dealership I don’t know why I kept giving them chances. I have never left a bad review before but people need to be aware of the type of company they’ll be dealing with if they buy a car from this place. They clearly do not care about their customers and just want to suck as much money out of them as they can get away with. More
