I have been a loyal customer with Wesley chapel for about 5 years now. I just traded in my older vehicle for a newer and BETTER model, and I love my new car!! This is the second car Mohammed has gotten me a 5 years now. I just traded in my older vehicle for a newer and BETTER model, and I love my new car!! This is the second car Mohammed has gotten me a great deal on that felt comfortable with. He's very up front, attentive and a good listener. I have a 2012 CRV with 38K miles on it. It lives in FL year round and is only driven six months of the year. My last service appointment ended up costing me $1900+ including my AC being fixed. It wasn't year round and is only driven six months of the year. My last service appointment ended up costing me $1900+ including my AC being fixed. It wasn't fixed as I soon learned on my drive home. Back to the service center and now I'm quoted another $1,000 for repairs. Later the same day I was quoted $540 for my AC to be repaired. Needless to say, my car is in my driveway and I will be seeking a second opinion. On checking the indicator for my oil life, it was never reset after my oil change and is still on 50%. I'm not impressed with the service and my car won't be going back to them for anything. Still wondering how much of the $1900 was paid for nothing because I was a woman in there along! Craig Payer is not a conscientious service advisor and I won't be recommending your company to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. More
Went to parts for an oil filter they charged me 22.64 plus tax. List for 15.47 on Honda’s web site and you can get it for 10 on other Honda sites. Jay Fox, salesman, was a great help. Spent time with us to walk through all of the cars bells and whistles. He is well educated on the Honda inventory for sure. Only slight ding to the dealership was the to walk through all of the cars bells and whistles. He is well educated on the Honda inventory for sure. Only slight ding to the dealership was the wait time to get in with finance. To be fair, it was a busy day and I saw at least 5 cars being sold while we were there. The introduction of the tablet signature process was a nice touch though - sign once and a simple tap for all remaining signatures. More

We decided to buy from Wesley Chapel Honda and paid approximately $700 more than their competitor. For the extra $700 we got many extras not included in the competitors offer including: Lifetime Drive Train Warranty unlimited miles and unlimited years. 2 years free maintenance including oil changes. Window tint to State Regulations guaranteed for lifetime. Permeate Premium Plus Appearance Protection Treatment including warranty for exterior paint damage and interior upholstery damage. Hand painted pin strips All Weather Protection Package including Upgraded Floor Mats, Cargo Tray, Nitrogen Tire Fill, and Splash Guards. At first I was put off in that the above addons were already added to the car and we did not have the option of not adding them. Turns out the I am very happy to have the options and paying the little extra was a "No Brainer" There are also few negatives that I would recommend they correct as follows: Their web site is very frustrating to use---way to many popups. I almost just x'ed out of the site. in frustration I believe the popups were mostly misleading come-ons to get customers to come into the dealership. I tried to use the "$1500 add above the Blue Book" for my trade-in. The dealer refused stating it said "up to" $1500---they only gave me $500 over and I had to fight for that. It took way to long to make the deal. We were in the dealership for over 8 hours mostly waiting on them. Adding to that, they do not have adequate vending machines for something to eat. I am diabetic and had to eat peanut butter crackers to keep my blood sugar up. More
