Please teach your services advisors not to be pushy and trying to ripoff custumers that are regular customers. Be aware if you think they are a good option to fix your car. My wife I and purchased a 2020 Honda CR-V on July 27, 2020. I had thought the problems had been resolved, but they have not. Upon closer look at the contract, I noted they packed items we originally did 2020. I had thought the problems had been resolved, but they have not. Upon closer look at the contract, I noted they packed items we originally did not want, rather than list them separately. As a result, the general manager told me that the warranty for the ECP Auto Armor paint protection would have to be purchased since it was not listed on the bill of sale. After contacting ECP, I found this was bogus and ECP sent the warranty. I received no information on the ECP except for a little decal they affixed to the windshield directly over another decal (see photo). The Finance Manager snuck in a vehicle service contract that I did not want. When I discovered this days later, he stated it would be refunded in two to three weeks. It's been over a month and I have heard nothing. Further, when I calculated the price of our trade ins and the price of the vehicle, it was clear that they changed the figures. I also had to request the Monroney label later since they failed to supply that. They kept us late into the afternoon, so I'm guessing that they tried to wear down two senior citizens in their 70s. They succeeded. I supposedly have two years or 24K miles complimentary maintenance, however, I will not be taking my car to that dealer. I will gladly take it to Ocean Honda in Port Richey where I have had cars serviced before and pay for the maintenance. I regret not buying my vehicle from Ocean Honda. I have purchased cars for many decades and have never had a problem. I let my guard down this time and I have myself to blame. Nevertheless, the Florida Attorney General's office, Seniors vs Crime, is now involved. It took over seven weeks, however, the warranty refund was finally applied to the principal of my car loan. A valuable lesson to always carefully check your contract! More
On August 21, 2020, I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord for my daughter who recently graduated from the University of Florida. My Sales Consultant was friendly and the Finance Manager, Daylen was very profess my daughter who recently graduated from the University of Florida. My Sales Consultant was friendly and the Finance Manager, Daylen was very professional and nice. Unfortunately, the used car I purchased was delivered to my home full of disgusting pet hair. When I called the dealership back to complain about the car, I was told by a finance manager that it was my problem. Long story short, I took the car back to the dealership and left it there. I refuse to patronize any business that doesn’t value me as a customer!!! More

His knowledge of all the CR-V's specs was impressive. He was friendly and listened to our needs. There was no pressure to buy and we were able to negotiate an acceptable price. We left happy and I drove home in a beautiful vehicle! More
