I contacted Kyle Ahrens the day I was notified that it was at the dealer and he arranged to have it installed that same day at a time that suited my convenience. I have been a Chevy/GMC owner my entire life. I made the move to Toyota because I wanted to try a different vehicle out, by recommendation of my son. I sought out a Toyota 4Runner Limited because I made the move to Toyota because I wanted to try a different vehicle out, by recommendation of my son. I sought out a Toyota 4Runner Limited because I wanted to get back into an SUV again. I fell in love with one on the Wesley Chapel Toyota lot and drove off with it within an hour or so! I am in love! Not too long after purchasing the vehicle I noticed something was a bit off so I took it to their service center. Their service technician was phenomenal!!!! It was just a slight adjustment needed in the alignment and I tell you what - what a difference in drivability! I cried happy tears on my way to work because she drove so beautifully! As for the service department - it's like night and day vs. other dealerships I've been to. They are incredible! The customer service staff were too! I can't thank their friendly staff enough for making my purchase easy, my alignment quick and for being so helpful! I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and can't thank them enough for their awesome service! I wish I had the name of the person who did the service on my vehicle! More
I suspect the service department might be fine if you are not a senior citizen female with white hair. Our time is valuable and we need to be able to depend on our car. Just signed my second lease at WCT, started out with Service rep Lisa who suggested I speak with Mike Brockman as I was near my lease end.
