I knew other service was needed but was willing to come back again to get the rest of it done...because I knew I was "squeezing myself" into your schedule. Tim and I discussed my situation and, in moments, he "pulled a rabbit out of a hat" and was able to get all my service needs done then and there in barely more than an hour...I hardly had time to open the book I'd brought with me to while away my waiting time.
