Rob Ramer was an excellent sales person. Rob was a very informative sales person. His listening skills were excellent. Since this was a cash purchase I explained I did not want to listen to all the discussion about financing because it was not going to happen. . He relayed that information to finance person and he honored all my request. Came in on a Monday night - told Rob I was going to another dealership to look at a car on Tuesday. Once again no pressure nor did he try to but the other dealership or other car choice down. (Can't say that about the other dealership) Left the second dealership Tuesday night and stopped in West Broad to look at car again even tho Rob was off. Everyone was nice and helpful.. Called Rob on his cell Tuesday night told him I wanted to purchase. Picked up car on Wed and he stayed in close contact thru out the process. Best car buying experience I have ever had! More

Great Customer Service! I called and spoke to Olivia Heathcock, told her I was looking for a car because my car had been totaled. I told her what I was looking for and within days she called for me to come in and look at a car, which I purchased! This is my second time working with her, and both times was a great experience. This is my third car from West Broad Honda. Conrad Irons was the finance person with the last two and he was also great and got me a great deal. He went over all paperwork in detail. I would refer anyone I know that was looking for a car to contact either of them! More
