I thought when I had a message in my inbox that perhaps there was actually going to be some service. BUT low and behold another automated response. It would have been better if the email had never been sent. This email says to me that we really don't care enough to take the time to review our poor reviews and pay them the respect to make things better for our future customers or perhaps try to fix things with me.

Seriously? Absolutely not! First impressions are the most important and longest lasting. I had 3 enjoyable experiences at Stephen VIncel Honda, my first impression at West County Honda was beyond terrible, to the point I will never step foot in your doors again or speak with a representative of you dealership again. Your salesperson was rude, racist, had almost know knowledge of the cars, industry, or process. The manager knew even less and refused to listen to what we (the customers) were trying to accomplish. There is no way you can change my opinions of your dealership, managers, salespersons, even the secretary who was coy about whether a specific old Vincel employee was still working at West County Honda. I will always recommend my family, freinds, facebook and twitter followers avoid West County Honda.
