Service Related to Bad Battery 2017 Honda CR-V would not start. Called West County Honda where I purchased it. They said probably covered by warranty. They sent Tow Truck and it tu 2017 Honda CR-V would not start. Called West County Honda where I purchased it. They said probably covered by warranty. They sent Tow Truck and it turned out the battery was down. Tow truck driver jumped it to get it started and we then drove the car to West County Honda for a battery check. Turned out the battery, less than three years old, was bad. Replaced battery at no charge. All this happened over about a 2 1/2 hour period. Absolutely everyone we worked with to solve our problem was extremely courteous and very attentive to our problem. It was a very pleasant experience in solving an issue and getting us back on the road in a relatively short time. More

I had to get my airbag recall completed. Everyone was extremely kind, and the gentleman checking me in took extra time to wipe my car down inside and outside after it was completed.
