Dylan was great in making the deal work so late in the evening and the finance manager was the best I've dealt with. Please forgive me I can't remember the finance manager's name I worked with but it was a very late night and after hours and you would have never known. He was tall and dark hair...again my apologies on the name. No this isn't a made up survey. I never take surveys, but I needed to ensure the folks listed here received this feedback because I appreciate the service they provided especially so late in the evening. Austin Harris made the difference I recently purchased a used 2012 Honda Accord. I originally called the internet service department to make an appointment, only to find out the car wa I recently purchased a used 2012 Honda Accord. I originally called the internet service department to make an appointment, only to find out the car was not at the dealership when I arrived but at a body shop having work done. I was told by a manager that it would be available the next day, but it ended up taking a week and a half. The sales consultant Austin Harris was great though, he kept me well informed throughout the process, was friendly and provided a low pressure environment. I would highly recommend him. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in( not top value of course, but fair) but the Accord was very well priced and I would say overall it was a great deal.The business manager was fairly aggressive in trying to sell you extra warranties, but knew when to stop. Overall, except for the mix-up with the internet service department it was a good experience and I would go back if in the market for another Honda again. More
