West County Honda does not have an aggressive sales staff (or at least the online staff is not). Overall my car buying process with West County Honda (Bret Donaldson) was a very good experience whether or not I received a competitive new car price...which I believe I did. Additionally, the finance team (Hubler) respected my answers when talking through warranties and other post-purchase price items. Hubler is a valuable asset to the team! More

The agreed on price was 100.00 more on their printed contract than what was initially agreed and was told initially that they worked with my bank, but when it came down to the financing contract the percentage rate was way more than what I would have paid through my bank. Overall, the guys at the dealership are nice and accommodating, just bring your own financing with you when your ready to purchase. More
