Overall Good Experience My family normally doesn't buy from West County Honda, we find that we can usually get a better deal at one of the other St. Louis Honda dealers. How My family normally doesn't buy from West County Honda, we find that we can usually get a better deal at one of the other St. Louis Honda dealers. However, I came to West County Honda after doing a lot of research on the type of car I wanted to buy. I knew exactly what I wanted before coming in - a 2014 Accord. Bret Donaldson was very enthusiastic and pleasant, even though as customers we were probably on the harder end of the scale to deal with. I also worked closely with the sales manager, Harley Wyatt. He was extremely attentive to us and was very patient, even throughout negotiations. He helped me find what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. I ended up getting the car I wanted, even though the price was a bit more than I was wanting to pay. Dylan Hubler in the business office has been great in working with me since my purchase to make sure everything is exactly as I wanted it in my contract. He has gone the extra mile, being patient when I wanted to alter something a couple of days after I had made my purchase. The customer service I received is the reason my reviews are so high, even if the price was higher than I was initially willing to pay. The one complaint I have was the service after I bought the vehicle. I had leather put into the car after-market, and was told the car would be loaded on to a trailer to be transported to the company where it would be installed. This was a huge selling point of the service. However, when it went to pick the vehicle up, it had 20 more miles on it than when I dropped it off and the music was blasting at an excruciating volume. It was obvious the car had been driven off-site, even though I had been told it would not be. Although this is not a deal-breaker for me, it was frustrating to be told one thing and then have my car driven anyways. So beware- if you are getting after-market leather put into your vehicle and we're told it is going to be transported and not driven, that may not be the case. Over all, though, I am pleased with the service I received. More
