DO NOT BUY FROM WEST COUNTY HONDA . On November 28, 2014, we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Mahdi Alhkordi, a sales consultant at West County Honda. My dad and I knew exactly . On November 28, 2014, we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Mahdi Alhkordi, a sales consultant at West County Honda. My dad and I knew exactly which car we wanted, what color, and what features we wanted in our Honda Accord. We had plans to buy a 2014 model. Mahdi kept showing us cars that we did not want such as different models and different colors. He spent more time on the computer because honestly, I am sure he does not know how to use the system. Finally, I found my dream car, a silver 2014 Honda Accord with a black interior. We planned on paying for the car in cash. After leaving the dealership, we called Mahdi asking him how we can pay to secure the car since we live an 1.5 hours away. He said, "Don't worry about it. I have the key to the car set aside for you." We agreed on a final cash price of $19,000. The next day, BOOM! The car was sold. No phone call or notice. We actually drove 1.5 hours to the dealership with cash the next morning and found out there that the car was sold. If you are reading this West County Honda, screw you. We will be buying from Jeff Dales at Bommarito Honda. I would rather pay more for a car at Bommarito than ever step foot in your dealership. Also management, I hope you can train Mahdi to properly listen to people because you lose business when people are shown cars models and colors they do not want. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have never wrote a review online, this is my first review. I think it was worth spending my time writing this review. More

Sells used cars with no titles If you want to buy a used car and leave with your car and paperwork BUT NO TITLE, you have come to the right Dealership! This is what happen to my daughter ( her first time buying her first car) and another customer who bought one two weeks before her! Could it only happen to her? Sure it could but to happen to run into a friend and the exact same thing happened to him too?? Umm makes you wonder if all the good reviews here in the past month got their titles or are still waiting?? I will not go into a long story of what happen, this will be told to BBB and Attorney General ect. I went to talk to Jason (GM) about where her title was after 6 weeks waiting for it as the car sat and unable to drive it with no plates! Plus paying ins and already making your first car payment, finding rides to and from work, giving ppl gas money ect ect. Jason promised to pay the late fees and give a gift cards for her troubles. I did type this whole long story but erased it all. Bottom line, Jason lied about why she did not get her title in time, he lied about her refund if late charges (as of today). What really bothers me the most is I drove 45 miles a month ago to talk to him face to face, I let him tell me how sorry he his ect ect! The title we got and the date on it and info doesn't lie Jason!! So, you sat there, young enough to be my son, and lied to my face!! I truly do not know how you sleep at night? But I guess you comment you made to your trading salesmen, "I go home eat a big steak dinner and laugh myself to sleep thinking about the ppl I ripped off!" This is not over, I hope that 25.00 and Gift cards you promise are worth all the reports I am filing against your Dealership!! FYI it is against the law to sell a car with No Title.... When I finally arrived at the dealer, I met Harley who introduced me to Gordon Goevert, my sales agent. Gordon was excellent and reviewed every aspect of the new Pilot along with handling the cleanup and transfer papers. I then met with Dale who explained every aspect of financing and warranties. Overall, I found the folks at West County Honda excellent in every aspect of my buying experience. More
