I had emailed the dealership because I was interested in test driving a car on their website. Ciara called me and emailed me right away to set up the appointment. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was indeed up front and ready to go. Chris was very helpful and friendly. He took care of all of our questions, and was very efficient in taking care of the paperwork, etc. We did decide to buy, and then met with Joe, who took care of all of the paperwork. Everyone was very friendly, and it was a relaxed environment. We felt very happy with our experience at West County Honda, because we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price.
