I went in with the sole purpose of just test driving a car to see if I like it and walked out with a new one 2 days later. I would not recommend this Honda dealer. I do not typically write reviews but disappointed in my experience at this dealership and wanted to share my thoughts. The sales rep and I agreed to the price on a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L w RES, my trade 2010 dodge caravan in addition to weather mats that sales rep had agreed to throw since he said he couldn't waive the $199 administration fee. I had signed his deal sheet, however, after a few minutes he came back and told me he couldn't throw in the weather mats which retail for $200 Honda retail (probably less than $100 at cost). While the sales rep said he was sorry, I was confused and frustrated as I thought we had a deal...since this was a young sales rep, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, the management team could have handled this better. First, I'm shocked they wouldn't throw in $100-200 floor mats for a customer with young kids whom will be buying many cars in the future. Second, I would have purchased the vehicle if management would have just made any type of effort to come over and talk to me. They could have said sorry about the misunderstanding but you are getting our best deal. Management never talked to me...they made me feel like my business wasn't worth their time or effort. Think twice before working with this dealer. More

Bret was very helpful during our experience at West County Honda. He took time to show our daughter how all of the mechanisms work in the car and helped her set up some of the Bluetooth connections.
