Spoke to Nico at West Herr in Orchard Park. He started out nice and professional but then things went down hill real quick. He kept disappearing, leaving us to sit there waiting for him multi He started out nice and professional but then things went down hill real quick. He kept disappearing, leaving us to sit there waiting for him multiple times. He then tried to give us a pretty bad interest rate. I could have gotten a much better one at my works credit union. Then he tries to give us a very low trade in. When we decided we did not like what he had to offer, he had to throw one last dig in and say something along the lines about if this price range is not good for us, then maybe this is not the car we should be looking for. No Nico, this definitely is the car we should be looking for. West Herr is just not the place we should be looking at. There is a reason me and my husband have 800+ credit scores. We don't take the first horrible offer someone throws our way. He was a typical salesman trying to close his deal, and then became mean when he did not succeed. We will definitely will be taking our business elsewhere. More

Still waiting on information from service on how to submit my rebates for brakes being done. Also the rear brakes don’t show 100% - only 84 after new installed. Also second time my side assist steps have paint coming off - doesn’t seem like I should have to replace those since this would be the 3rd set for same item? I feel like the factory should be involved - paint shouldn’t be an issue on the side steps where you step every time in and out? More
