Nice dealership that works hard to win your business. However, they are not perfect. I took my new truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I normally do this work myself, but this first service w However, they are not perfect. I took my new truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I normally do this work myself, but this first service was offered free as part of the vehicle purchase. All seemed well until I inspected the wheels and lug nuts when I got home. Some of the lug nuts were scratched and one was must have been dropped as it was dented. There is also a small scratch on one of the wheels where the impact wrench likely hit it accidentally. The typical consumer may not notice or care, but I like to keep my vehicles nice and expect that a dealer like West Herr should exemplify the best service available without collateral damage. More
