Spent 3 hours an a Friday to get into a vehicle. Was told it would take about an hour to do paperwork. Went Saturday morning. Salesperson said we need to call insurance company to get plates swapped Was told it would take about an hour to do paperwork. Went Saturday morning. Salesperson said we need to call insurance company to get plates swapped and coverage on new vehicle. Was there for an hour, never signed anything. Wasted a trip. Did e signature through email. They dropped off vehicle on Monday. Had to sign 8 more times. Not thrilled with experience. More

Horrible service. Brought the car in for warranty work (I pay for the platinum extended warranty). I told them there was issues with my air conditioner, they said they Brought the car in for warranty work (I pay for the platinum extended warranty). I told them there was issues with my air conditioner, they said they found the issue submitted it to the warranty company (which is purchased through West Herr) and it was covered and they did the work. Fast forward 3 weeks when it is warm enough to use the air conditioner the car overheats, essentially burns through the last 58% of the oil life. I have it towed to another West Herr Dealership they found the issue because they actually looked into the problem and now I have to pay another deductible and another oil change (about 2500 miles early) because they did a horrible job, keep in mind they had the car for a week doing other work on it which I am now worried they did a horrible job on as well. The car only has 65,000 miles on it and gets all regular maintenance and checks done through the West Herr Dealerships. More

Spoke to Nico at West Herr in Orchard Park. He started out nice and professional but then things went down hill real quick. He kept disappearing, leaving us to sit there waiting for him multi He started out nice and professional but then things went down hill real quick. He kept disappearing, leaving us to sit there waiting for him multiple times. He then tried to give us a pretty bad interest rate. I could have gotten a much better one at my works credit union. Then he tries to give us a very low trade in. When we decided we did not like what he had to offer, he had to throw one last dig in and say something along the lines about if this price range is not good for us, then maybe this is not the car we should be looking for. No Nico, this definitely is the car we should be looking for. West Herr is just not the place we should be looking at. There is a reason me and my husband have 800+ credit scores. We don't take the first horrible offer someone throws our way. He was a typical salesman trying to close his deal, and then became mean when he did not succeed. We will definitely will be taking our business elsewhere. More
