All they would say was taxes and fees,no details. The sales manager acted like I stupid for saying it didn't add up. Finally I walked out. I later get a text from the salesperson saying they had miscalculated in the amount of about $30, and claimed the Ford Website price I had printed out was somehow wrong to account for tho other $20. Vehicle was NOT inspected prior to My Purchase. Failed prior to day fo pick up..had to wait.. After driving a few days and washing Vehicle.. The Vehicle had a Serious pull tp the Right.. and it appeared t prior to day fo pick up..had to wait.. After driving a few days and washing Vehicle.. The Vehicle had a Serious pull tp the Right.. and it appeared that the Vehicle was in a accident as there was a Crack in the front right bumper , and Scuff as well . Along with that the wheel well screw was pulled out from the front fender.. Took it in for repair as it was 5 days old from purchase.. Only the front tires were swapped because it was to be believed to be a belt in the tires .. Then if the tires are defected why not replace them before Sale. I was told that the Front TI-Rod had to be replaced...Did it repair the problem,remains a question. ARE the tires now defected because of the Ti-rod issue?. So while I was there to fix the pulling issue, the other issues were NOT fixed as I drove home and because of bad weather I did NOT inspect the vehicle until a couple days later to see if thjey were fixed.......... THEY WERE NOT !! This dealership is EAGER to Sell, but does NOT stand behind what Steve Tasker is promoting.. SO BEWARE !! More

I Don't like dealers in general, but this time I was treated well. I was not lied to and they gave me fair trade. They beat out Paddock my regular dealer by 4+ grand more for my trade. This dealer did not push me to buy extras and understood that I am not wealthy. Richard Ball was pleasant to deal with and worked with me so I could leave with the deal I was looking for. This is the first completely satisfied review I have ever written. To make the deal happen they even raised my trade value more than what we agreed and left the bottom line stand. In other words, they took a hit to sell me my new ford E150. In about a year, I am going back to trade in my 2011 Aveo for a Ford. I would say if you're looking to buy, give West Herr a chance. They became a giant by making deals that you can take to a priest. I don't like greed. Dealers who steal trades to pad profits. This dealer put my needs before the bottom line. I hope to have a long buying relationship with them. I was not asked to write a review like PADDOCK, BASIL,FUCCILLO, HEINRICH, or KIPO would ask when they sell new to make themselves look good. West Herr has changed my attitude about dealers. I now believe in one honest fair dealer= WEST HERR... In addition they did not give us many credit hits. My air conditioning unit was blowing hot air on my 2011 explorer. This was an issue on my 2008 explorer also however the problem was corrected the same day. After a few back and forth on available dates I was told to come in and I'll get a rental. I arrive and the service coordinator was too busy to check me in. I was then taken to a rental place on Sheridan Drive. My rental car was a compact ford car. I'm over 6' tall. The car interior was dusty and uncomfortable. I called to get my car back as I'll take it to a dealership that will fix the problem on a brand new car. WASTE of TIME! Honestly the last car I will buy from here. More

What a wonderful experience I had at West Herr Ford in Getzville. Who knew I could still have a year left on the Fusion lease and end up driving home a beautiful Mustang while getting out of the lease? Getzville. My husband loves his leased Escape from West Herr also. Thanks to Steve in finance and of course Mike Shackelford for making car buying such an easy experience. I cannot say enough about Mike. I felt like he wanted me to own the Mustang as much as I wanted to own the Mustang! I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and he made it happen. I don't know how many people can say this about car sales people, but I trust Mike. He is genuine, honest and I will refer anyone looking for a car to Mike. Also, thank you to the team who "prepped" the car for me. Thanks to them I was able to drive the car home THE SAME DAY!!!
