Service Manager Adam kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure the wiper motor parts were ordered and handled smoothly. On top of that, the team tackled a pesky rear convertible window issue that had been frustrating me for a long time, getting both problems completely resolved. Special thanks to Ashley for top-notch coordination—the mobile service idea is absolute gold, and the customer care from everyone involved was outstanding. Today Ieft my car in for a callback airbag repair that takes around 1 hour, I figured if I left my car early for my 10:30 appointment I'd get serviced by the end of my workday. I called an hour before I left work around 2:30 since I'd heard nothing on my car at this point, the lady on the phone said Christine was supposed to contact me soon on an update which she didnt do in the next hour. I don't know if the issue is being understaffed, having a crappy system, or being incompetent. But either way I will not be returning to this dealership and will actively recommend against this establishment. More
