I went in for a service. They kept me up on what was going on the whole time. I was looking for the CarPlay wireless update. I’ve been trying to get this incompetent service center to install it for me at their requested fee. It’s been over a year since my first request, tw I’ve been trying to get this incompetent service center to install it for me at their requested fee. It’s been over a year since my first request, two months ago I spoke with the service manager after trying to get the install and being told he “has no idea” how it works. I went to northtown and made an appointment for the upgrade because west herr did not have enough brain power to figure it out. I notified west Herr of northtown being able to do it. They asked me to cancel the appt so they could take care of it with no charge for the hassle. It’s been two months since then and I cancelled the northtown appointment. These people will lie and ghost you. Avoid at all costs. More
