Derek provided a very pleasant experience when it came to choosing my new car. He was truly genuine and wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision. The only thing I didn’t really like was when the manager was trying to sell me coverage. He was informed about my sister’s new car that she had purchased a few weeks ago and tried to tell her that she was taken care of because she had their “dealership” coverage. The fact of the matter was she had Honda’s new car warranty. I suppose it’s to be expected that they’d want you to spend more money on coverage to revive higher commission. But it still didnt sit right with me that it seemed he tried to trick my sister into thinking she was in good hands because she could use their coverage even though it was the warranty that she was using. With that said, Derek provided an excellent experience that made up for this drawback. Thank you Derek. More
