A Complete Nightmare – Avoid West Herr at All Costs Consider this 0 stars. Our experience with West Herr has been nothing short of a disaster. We leased a car that is less than a year old, an Costs Consider this 0 stars. Our experience with West Herr has been nothing short of a disaster. We leased a car that is less than a year old, and it has already been towed out of our driveway three separate times. Each time, the issue has been brushed off or minimized, with absolutely no urgency or accountability. Most recently, the car was towed on a Wednesday afternoon. We called the service department Thursday—no one answered or returned our calls. We tried again on Friday—again, silence. When we finally got someone on the phone later that day, they told us they hadn’t even looked at the vehicle yet and provided zero information or updates. We had to beg for a loaner/rental vehicle while they sorted it out. During this same stretch, we were also dealing with an issue on our other West Herr Kia lease and had to make an appointment for Tuesday. It wasn’t until we were there in person that someone finally spoke to my husband and admitted a car part needed to be ordered. That part was supposed to arrive yesterday—but has anyone called to confirm or follow up? Nope. Not a word. To make matters worse, the 2024 Kia Sorento rental they gave us died in our driveway, leaving us without a car yet again. Still, no apology, no consideration, no accountability. Just silence. We have wasted SO much time waiting on tow trucks, picking up rentals, and waiting on the phone all for this issue. We have now been without our vehicle for over a week, with only one update—because we were physically there to demand it. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service from West Herr is shocking. Not once has anyone said, “We’re sorry, this must really stink” Not once have we felt like they actually care. I will never purchase or lease another vehicle from West Herr again. This dealership has been horrible to deal with and has made what should have been a manageable issue an absolute nightmare. More
Everyone from start to finish were friendly and knowledgeable. Parker is the best salesperson I ever ran across..went beyond the norm to make sure I was satisfied with my final purchases. Went to buy something at the dealership but couldnt resist the deal that was available based on a sign outside so I stopped by the salesroom. Immediately i was acknowledged and started the process of g resist the deal that was available based on a sign outside so I stopped by the salesroom. I am normally very happy with this dealership and it's operations. I had a scheduled appointment on February 21st at 8:20am. My normal counter guy was not there, so I already had apprehensions about how t operations. I had a scheduled appointment on February 21st at 8:20am. My normal counter guy was not there, so I already had apprehensions about how the service was going to go. I was in because I had my engine light come on and not go out this time. We've been watching it....feeling that it was related to the gas tank stopper not sealing (no final click anymore) all the way. Apparently instead of walking 10feet to the waiting area, I was sent an email... .never got it. So delay right there. When I was finally approached it was almost 2 hrs of being there. That was all fixed - but my rear brakes also needed repair - which I knew would be next on my list to do. I was told that it would be about 2 hrs to do it. So said okay, please fix. Since it was going to be just 2hrs, I was offered a ride home via the shuttle - I normally would just stay there, but I needed to check on my dog. So I went home. After 2 hrs with no word I started calling the shop. The girl who answered (also was new to me) took info and then no one called back. I wound up calling back again, and just asked to the van to come get me I would wait there. So now it's about 1230pm. She put me on hold and then I was told The van driver was on lunch.......finally I get picked up and brought back to the dealership somewhere between 3-330pm. More
