Wonderful experience! We could not be more thrilled with our West Herr Kia experience. We live in Jamestown, NY, and had previously leased through the Kia dealership in to We could not be more thrilled with our West Herr Kia experience. We live in Jamestown, NY, and had previously leased through the Kia dealership in town. Despite being a loyal customer through two lease cycles, they gave us a horrible offer when it was time to turn in our 2013 Sportage. We decided to look outside of Jamestown and found West Herr Kia, and I am so glad that we did! We started with the online chat with Kirsten Dombrowski, who was super helpful and passed our information on to Chris Flierl. Chris was absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with. He let us know exactly what we'd be in for, since we didn't want to drive to Buffalo for nothing. He presented us with a variety of options to find what would work out the best for us. We never languished in a chair while he searched for information - he kept checking back in, keeping us informed of the process so we knew what was happening every step of the way. When all was said and done he told us that he needed two hours to have the car detailed and inspected, so we said that we'd go to dinner - and then he offered to buy our meal! Talk about five star service. When it was time to sign paperwork and talk numbers the finance manager, Steve, talked us through our options - no cheap sales pitches or games, just straightforward information, presented without pressure or hassle. The best part of the whole experience? We upgraded from our 2013 Sportage to a brand new 2016 Sorento with additional security and scratch and dent protection, and our payments are STILL lower than they were on the Sportage! The whole West Herr team was so awesome, and we'll be back when it's time to lease something new. I can't recommend them enough. Great experience, great staff, and we got a great car! More
