I've taken my vehicle to West herrfor all my service since I purchased it in 2021. When I recently had an issue with a delay in scheduling service for my car. Service manager, Tim Oakley took the time to explain to me why the delay, and scheduling should get better. He took the time and answered all my questions and concerns. I hope I don't have to go to another dealership for service. Job well done by Mr. Oakley.
