I brought my nephew there to buy a truck. The salesman was nice. When we came in the to pick it up, we talked to a girl to do the paperwork. The salesman came over r to say hi. Then back to the girl. We never saw the salesman or a manager to congratulation my nephew on his purchase. Then the girl came out to put the plates on the vehicle and said we are free to go. No one attempted to go over the features on the vehicle or even ask if we wanted them to. Pretty poor service when you are purchasing a $40,000 vehicle. More

I had previously purchased a used vehicle from West Herr a few months back. After only 6 months, the vehicle had a major mechanical failure that would have costed a third of what I paid for it. I called Wes a few months back. After only 6 months, the vehicle had a major mechanical failure that would have costed a third of what I paid for it. I called West Herr and explained the situation that I was in and they were phenomenal for rectifying the problem and put me in a better vehicle with a warranty. They listened to me, took a lot of time with me and worked with me and really went above and beyond all my expectations.
