I had previously purchased a used vehicle from West Herr a few months back. After only 6 months, the vehicle had a major mechanical failure that would have costed a third of what I paid for it. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with this dealership in November on line. When I arrived on time for my appointment this morning at 9 I was told there was no record of an appointment for me. dealership in November on line. I was informed that when you schedule on line and it shows an available appointment that doesn't necessarily mean the appointment is really available. You have to wait for a phone call to confirm the appointment is available. Really?? How was I supposed to know that? and due to staff shortages I could not be fit into the schedule for today, and if I want to schedule a future appointment it is going to be forever.
