Please avoid dealership/ service if possible. Once you drive off they no longer treat you as a customer. Service team is very disrespectful to women especially. They do not listen to concerns. I brought in after owning for 2 months only to not have my concerns not addressed. I took to another dealership and they found a dirty cabin filter, issue with a bracket and they fixed concern with radio. All issues west Herr Nissan Orchard Park said there was nothing wrong with. I had to take time away from work and take to a non Nissan dealership. This is not good customer service. Im surprised that owner of West Herr allows this. More
