I had a 2022 subaru outback touring xt. They had my car for a week because lights came on in dash and car went i to limp mode. Claimed it was a sensor. Repaired for no charge because the same exact thing happened in October. Obviously part was defective or they sell crap. Got it back with damage to the front bumper and hood and severe amount of brake dust on both driver side tires. Returned to have the issues repaired. They had my car for two more weeks. They fixed the damage and claimed to fix brake issues. I was promised a detail because they left the inside full of filth but never got it. They used 1/4 tank of gas claimed they filled my tank. They didnt. Claimed they fixed my brakes, they didn't. I decided to trade it in for a mazda. On the way to trade it in the brakes pulsated I was afraid to drive it. It was so bad I was embarrassed to turn that car into another dealer. I know all Subarus can't be bad but mine was. This was the second time in less than six months that car had major issues and it only had 15,000 miles on it. The service manager tried to tell me that it was because I did not drive it enough. He should be a salesman, not a service manager. More
