I've been a loyal customer at West Herr Subaru in Orchard Park for at least 9 years now. They are absolutely tops in customer service. I have purchased 3 Subarus with Chris Duffy in sales and continue to rec Park for at least 9 years now. They are absolutely tops in customer service. I have had all maintenance done there as well and have never been disappointed, not once! Most recently Cassandra in the service department took great care of me and my Crosstrek. Every service rep I've had over the years did too, with my 2 Imprezas and now my Crosstrek. Stop and see what I'm talking about. I just think they're the best! More
