I went to the dealership twice to look the vehicle over and test drive. 45 min each way. After negotiations we settled on a price, date and time to sign the paperwork. The words specifically that were used were "We accept your offer of $$$$" and so a time and date to sign paperwork was agreed upon. I received a "boarding pass" confirming that we had a set time to sign the sales documents and take possession of the vehicle. It stated: Your booking is confirmed. Please print this for your records. We look forward to welcoming you on board ! Appointment date : 7/21/2025 Time : 5:30 PM I received the boarding pass at 5:51 PM on 7/20/2025 after confirming to him at 5:48 PM on 7/20 I was indeed proceeding with the sale. At 10:30 AM on 7/21/2025 I received a call that the car had been sold to someone else. Salesman's name is Jared Baker. Any reasonable person would believe after agreeing to price, location, time and receiving a confirmation letter from the dealer we have a deal. xx ! No integrity at all. Also -At multiple points during the transaction it was stated that if the transaction didn't happen today the car would be sent to auction. This is the second potential transaction they have used this scheme on me. By the way -- Car was sold for a lot more than more than my offer. BUYER BEWARE AND AT YOUR OWN RISK ! More
